How to Connect the VWAR CORE4 to Your Phone for Message Syncing:
- Update Firmware: Go to the settings menu on your VWAR CORE4 and update to the latest firmware.
- Download the "Bletoots" App: Visit the APP Market on your smartwatch and download the "Bletoots" app.
- Download the HisportPro App: Install the HisportPro app from either the App Store or Google Play Store on your smartphone.
- Bind the Device: Open the "Bletoots" app on your VWAR CORE4 and scan the QR code within the app to bind the device to your phone.
(The HisportPro app may experience some initial issues (such as not receiving notifications). Our engineers are actively working on continuous optimizations and updates to improve performance.)
Shipping policy
In order to receive the goods faster, we use Cainiao Global Express (AliExpress Standard Shipping). It has tracking information. The typical time of arrival is between 10 and 30 days (Brazil about 60 days). If your item does not arrive within 39 days, please let us know. If you did not receive the goods in 60 days (Brazil 90 days), we will 100% refund your payment.
If you want to use express delivery such as DHL, UPS, etc., please contact us to pay the express delivery price difference.
Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
