In order to receive the goods faster, we
use Cainiao Global Express (AliExpress Standard Shipping). It has tracking
information. The typical time of arrival is between 8 and 25 days (Brazil about
60 days). If your item does not arrive within 39 days, please contact us. 

If you did not receive the goods in 60 days
(Brazil 90 days), we will 100% refund your payment.

If you want to use express delivery such
as DHL, UPS, etc., please contact us to pay the express delivery price
difference.

 

15-day return 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means
you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must
be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and
in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase. 

 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted,
we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and

Tolle Uhr aber ?

Die S9 Ultra 3 ist eine tolle Smartwatch mit vielen guten Funktionen,
z.b. die WLAN Verbindung und das nutzen von GooglePlay Store.
Leider fehlt mir bei dieser Smartwatch und das ist für mich das wichtigste, das man die Musik vom Handy nicht abspielen oder steuern kann und bis jetzt konnte ich auch keine passende app dafür finden das ist wirklich schade. Das verbinden mit Bluetooth erfolgt auch nicht automatisch man muss es immer manuel verbinden wegen dem Tethering der sich mit der Zeit von selbst ausschaltet. Nervig ist ganz besonders das ständig verlangt wird die GooglePlay Dienste zu aktivieren wo sie schon alle aktiviert sind klingelt es trz. Ganz enttäuschent finde ich das man Textnachrichten (SMS) schreiben und verschicken kann aber keine auf dem Gerät empfangen kann sondern nur auf dem Handy. WhatsApp funktioniert nur beschränkt, damit man Nachrichten erhält muss man erst auf die App zugreifen sonst kommt garnichts und die Reaktion zwischen Uhr und Handy ist auch nicht synchron die Uhr reakiert erst 5 sek später. Ich weis nicht ob das machbar wäre, aber es wäre schön man diese Probleme mit einem Update behoben werden könnten weil ich die Uhr wirklich toll finde und ich mir keine andere kaufen möchte die auch nicht meine Erwartungen entspricht.
