In order to receive the goods faster, we use Cainiao Global Express (AliExpress Standard Shipping). It has tracking information. The typical time of arrival is between 10 and 30 days (Brazil about 60 days). If your item does not arrive within 39 days, please let us know. If you did not receive the goods in 60 days (Brazil 90 days), we will 100% refund your payment.
If you want to use express delivery such as DHL, UPS, etc., please contact us to pay the express delivery price difference.
Refund policy
15-day return
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. When you send a return, please reply to the email with the return tracking number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Refunds
