Die S9 Ultra 3 ist eine tolle Smartwatch mit vielen guten Funktionen,
z.b. die WLAN Verbindung und das nutzen von GooglePlay Store.
Leider fehlt mir bei dieser Smartwatch und das ist für mich das wichtigste, das man die Musik vom Handy nicht abspielen oder steuern kann und bis jetzt konnte ich auch keine passende app dafür finden das ist wirklich schade. Das verbinden mit Bluetooth erfolgt auch nicht automatisch man muss es immer manuel verbinden wegen dem Tethering der sich mit der Zeit von selbst ausschaltet. Nervig ist ganz besonders das ständig verlangt wird die GooglePlay Dienste zu aktivieren wo sie schon alle aktiviert sind klingelt es trz. Ganz enttäuschent finde ich das man Textnachrichten (SMS) schreiben und verschicken kann aber keine auf dem Gerät empfangen kann sondern nur auf dem Handy. WhatsApp funktioniert nur beschränkt, damit man Nachrichten erhält muss man erst auf die App zugreifen sonst kommt garnichts und die Reaktion zwischen Uhr und Handy ist auch nicht synchron die Uhr reakiert erst 5 sek später. Ich weis nicht ob das machbar wäre, aber es wäre schön man diese Probleme mit einem Update behoben werden könnten weil ich die Uhr wirklich toll finde und ich mir keine andere kaufen möchte die auch nicht meine Erwartungen entspricht.

Being the owner of a Samsung Gear S smartwatch with a rectangular display I wanted another smartwatch for personal use which had a square/rectangular display and unfortunately Samsung and Google don't produce rectangular/square watches. Afterall, square/rectangular displays are best for viewing information which is why you don't have round mobile phone displays, round tablets or round laptops. My research brought me to Vwar and there are Pros and Cons to the S9 Ultra 3 smart watch which I hope Vwar take on board.

Pros & Cons:
The watch is 4G but with very selected bandwidths. It doesn't work with Three Mobile. Works great on wi-fi which is fast.

Large 32GB memory, which allows you to install plenty of apps including Sat Nav maps.

Inbuilt Camera. If you are wearing the watch you cannot take video or pictures because the body of the watch gets in the way when you pull the camera out of the watch's body. You either have to rotate the camera 90 degrees downwards which means you are taking pictures of your wrist or you have to rotate the camera 90 degrees upwards which means you are taking pictures of yourself. The solution is for the camera to be able to be pulled out a bit further so that the lens clears the body of the watch.

I like the curved display, it just looks so much better than a flat display.


Cons:
The S9 Ultra 3 is strictly a standalone watch which definitely will NOT display text messages or phone calls from your phone.

Although the S9 Ultra 3 watch is rectangular, its biggest and by far the worst problem and disadvantage are the rounded corners. Most of the Android apps have their touch 'menu' icons and touch 'options' icons in the corner of the screen but due to the rounded corners you cannot see the 'option' icons and 'menu' icons which makes it very difficult to access Android apps or even sign into some apps because the 'Enter' button is out of sight due to the rounded corners. Vwar need to bring out an Android smart watch with much squarer corners so that all the Android 'options' and 'menu' touch icons are clearly visible.

In the end I purchased a DT Ultra 2 to be able to display text message messages and phone calls but that too has design problems problems which hopefully Vwar will improve upon when I provide my feedback on it.
