Shipping policy

In order to receive the goods faster, we use Cainiao Global Express (AliExpress Standard Shipping). It has tracking information. The typical time of arrival is between 10 and 30 days (Brazil about 60 days). If your item does not arrive within 39 days, please let us know. If you did not receive the goods in 60 days (Brazil 90 days), we will 100% refund your payment.

If you want to use express delivery such as DHL, UPS, etc., please contact us to pay the express delivery price difference.

Refund policy

15-day return

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Refunds

Reliable for standalone use but without bluetooth connectivity with mobile phone

It is fast, nice and reliable. You can consider it as a miniature android mobile phone. But with full connectivity the battery does not last too long (about 6-7 hours). In flight mode, however, and with typical usage, it can last for one week. The camera is convenient but with VGA analysis. For phone conferences it is fine but not for taking photos. As a mobile phone it works reliably. What is really an issue is that the smartwatch does not provide any app for connection with your phone via Bluetooth. Although you can pair it with your phone for typical file transfer, you cannot use it for call and messaging transfer from the mobile to the smartwatch. Neither for tracking your activities or health via the phone. At least, the health sensors it provides are accurate enough. In overall, it is very good just as a standalone android smartwatch.
