From someone who owns many smartwatches, including expensive Samsung and Apple ones, I can say that the VWar Core 4 is a fantastic option, even beating out its more expensive competition in some areas (ex. It has a camera).
I need to test the cellular connectivity and the waterproof rating, but so far I am very happy with my new smartwatch!
Great smart watch everything works as it should phone on it works great good sound quality had the model before this that worked great to would recommend this watch
1. US sim carriers don't work at all. That's the biggest selling point for people to buy this watch in the first place!
2. The Bluetooth signal is shoddy. On certain devices it's okay and others it's terrible.
3. The push notifications are delayed whether the watch is on WiFi or mobile high speed data. Most of the time I don't get them.
4. The connect app is limited. You can't answer calls from it or text. There's no integration with Gemini or Google Assistant. Which would make calls and read texts when asked to.
5. No custom watch dials. People with Facer and Watchmaker Pro apps like making their own dials. Some of those in the dial market are ugly.
6. Android 8.1. It needs to be at least android 11. Even Android 10 would do. But 8... Some apps aren't even compatible with the current version of Android that this watch uses!
7. The price. When I bought this watch, I was under the impression that I could use my sim card and my phone can stay in the locker while I'm at the gym. Nope! I can't even answer the phone via Bluetooth! It would be worth $200 if everything I've listed worked out of the box! But as it's current state, it's a waste of money for a watch that should have been the BEST smartwatch that's ever been created!
Hopefully, these improvements will come with the CORE 5!!!
